SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS
Welcome to our shipping and delivery section. Here you will find all the necessary information to ensure a clear and satisfying shopping experience.
A. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer two shipping options:
- From Latin America to Europe: Our products are shipped directly from designers located in various Latin American cities to your doorstep. We partner with trusted logistics companies like DHL and FedEx to ensure a secure and efficient door-to-door delivery service.
- From Berlin to Other European Cities: Some of our products are stored in our Berlin warehouses and are shipped directly by Holder Objects GbR using DHL's logistics services.
B. SHIPPING TIMES
- In-Stock Products: Shipping times range from 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
- Pre-Order Products: Please check the specific delivery times listed in the product description. Add an additional 1 to 2 weeks for shipping, subject to the same conditions.
C. SHIPPING COSTS & CUSTOMS
Shipping costs and customs duties are the customer's responsibility. These are not included in the final product price and depend on each country's customs policies.
D. DELIVERY INFORMATION
When you place your order, you will receive an estimated delivery date on the checkout page. Additionally, we will send you an email with the estimated delivery date within a maximum of 3 days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 8 PM, excluding public holidays.
E. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses or pack stations.
The European destinations we offer delivery to include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
